Sickos? Before insulting your core audience, you may want to consider the possible accuracy of such an assessment. Or wait, was that actually a compliment?

Hey. At least I refrained from calling you sickos bastards. And if I wasn't giving you abuse, who would?

I was wondering about the 4th - I actually saw it when I got up Sun AM on Booman, then later in the day - not there. I was on the 1/2 awake side - just figured it was just a figment of my imagination.

I know I saw those excerpts from the Editors before too and really liked the point they made. Wish our elected officials saw things that way.

And H - Chris is right (at least when I'm posting) - I don't have it in me to call readers sicko bastards (or whatever permutation of "sick fuck" is in vogue this week). He does need to bring that from of rage himself!

When Chris calls us bastards and sickos, I prefer to consider them terms of endearment.

To shamelessly borrow from Sally Field, "He likes us, he really likes us."

Ellen, I don't think anybody else can really use bastards. Actually, I've used it on my site, but I always credit Rowhouse Logic. :)
