					<description>Such a gripping photo.  Imagine all of those New Orleans residents who would have loved to evacuated if the means were provided.  We talk about New Orleans and its awful but what about residents along the westbank from Algiers to Vacherie?  I grew up in the New Orleans area and have a lot of family down there.  20%-30% of them evacuated but I haven't been able to contact the others.

The small rural town of Edgard is right along the Mississippi River and vunerable to fluding just the same.</description>
